1. Use of the Apps

You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Apps in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps

• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Apps

2. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the Apps—including text, graphics, design, and software—are the property of Kybit Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Apps without prior written consent.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Apps (including premium tools and CurveAI functionality) may require a paid subscription.

• Pricing and billing terms are shown within the Apps

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period

• Subscriptions can be managed through your app store account

• Kybit Studios does not directly handle billing

4. Local Data Storage and Privacy

Kybit Studios Apps are designed with a local-first approach:

• Data you enter into the Apps is stored locally on your device

• Kybit Studios does not collect, store, or transmit personal or financial data

• Kybit Studios does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or external tracking

Because data is stored locally, you maintain full control. You can remove your data at any time by deleting the App.

Use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. CurveAI Usage (WealthCurve)

WealthCurve includes CurveAI, an in-app assistant.

• CurveAI uses locally stored inputs to generate guidance

• It does not send data to external servers

• It does not rely on live market data or third-party APIs

• All processing occurs on-device in the current version

6. No Financial or Professional Advice

WealthCurve and CurveAI are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

• You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions

• Kybit Studios is not responsible for any financial outcomes resulting from use of the Apps

7. App Functionality Disclaimer

Kybit Studios does not guarantee that the Apps will be:

• Error-free

• Uninterrupted

• Fully accurate or up-to-date

All calculations, projections, and insights (including those generated by CurveAI) are estimates and should not be relied upon as exact results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kybit Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Apps

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions

• Financial decisions made based on app data or insights

• Service interruptions or technical issues

9. No Third-Party Data Services

The Apps do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or external data services in the current version.

If future updates introduce third-party services or external data processing, this will be disclosed in updated Terms and Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Apps at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
